Trainers Who Put You First

MIXX Fitness in West Linn, is owned and operated by Laura and Mick Glaze.  MIXX Fitness has been Personal Training in West Linn and Lake Oswego for over 17 years.  Laura Glaze is an ACE certified personal trainer, while Mick Glaze is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  Both Laura and Mick have backgrounds in teaching and athletics.

Meet Mick Glaze

I’ve trained with Mick three days a week for six years now, and I’m hooked!  After having two kids and hitting a milestone birthday, thanks to Mick, I am the leanest and strongest I have ever been. He is both motivating and incredibly encouraging.
