Laura and Mick Glaze own and operate MIXX Fitness in West Linn. MIXX Fitness has been Personal Training in West Linn and Lake Oswego for over 20 years. Laura is an ACE-certified personal trainer, while Mick is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Both trainers have backgrounds in teaching and athletics. Mick is currently on the two-time defending West Linn High School baseball staff, working to support player health and performance.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your needs and wants to create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

Laura has a passion for sports and athletics. An accomplished high school volleyball player, Laura went on to earn a Masters's Degree in Teaching and spent 10 years in education before building her training business.
Laura utilizes her teaching background to create and disseminate engaging workouts to challenge her clients safely. A mother of two boys, Laura is adept at working with all age groups, from primary school students to older adults looking to maintain their health and functional strength. Laura's positive and creative approach to training makes working out something to look forward to.
